Known issue 2018.2: CRM—Field added to 'Extra contacts search fields' profile is not appearing in contacts search window

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2018.2

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.


An extra field or a standard field is added to contact table through EXO Config and ‘Extra contacts search fields’ profile is set up with this field but it is not appearing as a visible column to select on Contact search grid as per Profile description.




Attached to Problem ticket 157975768234 for resolution in a future release.

Resolved in 2019.1.
