Known issue 2018.1: JC—Narrative seqno duplicated when Duplicate Kit function is used

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2017.3

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

In Job Costing, when a duplicate Kit function is used to copy the Kit and if the Kit has a Narrative, EXO is copying the narrative Seqno from existing Kit thus any update to narrative is updated across all the copied Kit's Narrative.
