Known issue 2018.1: GL—Post Ledger to GL screen displays recurring/suspended GL journal
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2017.3
Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.
As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.
Issue
User, when in Post Ledger to GL screen, clicks on Reload GL Post Run Tab and the resulting screen will appear blank if there is no GL batch waiting to be posted but if the user clicks on ‘Select & Close’ instead of ‘cancel’ tab, EXO loads suspended/recurring batch.
Workaround
Select ‘Cancel’ instead of ‘Select & Close’ to close Reload GL Post Run screen
