Known issue 2017.3: CR—Inactive CR account appears in search when Extended search/Include inactive account is unticked

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2017.3

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Inactive account when searched for by account name or number appears on the Creditor Account Details screen grid when both Extended search and Include inactive accounts is not ticked.

Workaround

Keep Extended Search box ticked

Resolution

Attached to Problem ticket 152667071805 for resolution in a future release.
