Known issue 2017.2: PO—No Print prompt pop up in Forecast based PO process, when New PO screen is used

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2017.2

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

New PO screen is preventing the Order Print/Preview window pop up when forecast based Purchase order is saved.

Workaround

Click on Print before saving the forecast based PO.

Resolution

Attached to Problem ticket 151583912001 for resolution in a future release.
