Known issue 2017.2: PO—Data lost when click on save without tab out of Description field in order detail area of New PO Grid

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2017.2

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

In new PO grid, user adds a Stock item > tab to description field > change description and clicks on Save/Save & Exit without tabbing away from Description field results in data lost.

Workaround

Use old PO screen/Tab out of description field after making changes

Attached to Problem ticket 151438450659 for resolution in a future release.
