Known issue 2017.2: Email—Attachment get corrupted when multiple PDF document attached to an email originating from EXO

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2017.2

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.


When an email is originating from EXO, i.e. SO/Invoice, if multiple PDF documents are attached to the email, one of the attachment get corrupted when the email is received.
