Known issue 2017.1: CONFIG: Send email via Smtp feature not sending email to updated From/Bcc address
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2017.1
Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.
As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.
Issue
When Exo config > Email service configuration> User Info> From/Bcc address is edited/removed, software saves the setting but still uses the old ‘User Info’ when sending out email.
Workaround
None.

Attached to Problem ticket 149280201834 for resolution in a future release.
