Known issue 2015.5: Job costing—Document Manager cannot be opened after being added to a menu in Job costing module

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business versions 2015.5 onwards

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support have confirmed that the Document manager procedure when added to Job Costing drop down menu through Exo config is not opening the Document manager screen in Job Costing module.

Workaround

Go to Debtor/Stock/Creditor record to open Document Manager.

Resolution

Attached to Problem ticket 128648751196 for resolution in a future release.
