Known issue 2015.1.3: Stock Details Transactions Screen Does Not Show All Locations

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.7 onwards

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that changes in 2015.1.3 have now restricted in Stock Details Transactions Tab the ability to show All locations. This was added to increase the performance when selecting All Locations in stock details transaction screen.

Product Development have linked the Analysis Age limit to this functionality. The Analysis Age Limit is defaulted to 23 to ensure that the return of transactions performance is not impacted with large databases.

If you require to view greater than 23 months transaction this can be adjusted. However, this may impact an impact on performance.

Workaround

Temporarily adjust the Analysis Age Limit default.
