KI (All) - Stock Items - Reason Class 310 (Stock Item Active/Inactive change) never writes history notes

Issue

With Event Class 310 under Event Reasons active.

Changing a stock item from active or inactive causes the event reasons to prompt, there is history notes option and when checked "Exo Business Help" states that it will create a history note for Debtor, Creditor, stock and job. 
However, despite the setting, history notes are do not get created for this Reason Event.
Tested in MotorPartz 2019.2, 2021.2, 2022.1

Workaround

History Note creation could be triggered from the REASON_EVENTS table. Or users can manually enter History Notes.
