KI (All) - Bank Feeds - "Your bank feeds application was unsuccessful" error
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 2015.4 onwards
Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.
As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.
Issue
Support has confirmed that a user may receive an error message that their bank feed application has been unsuccessful with the issue being that the BSB must only contain numbers.
For some rare types of accounts there is little validation in the pre-submission validation endpoint and pretty much anything can be submitted - leaving MYOB's CRM to reject it.
The reported scenario was someone pressed submit without entering anything and it didn't pre-validate as it would normally, so they got a submission failure rather than a pre-submission validation failure. The default bank under 'ALL' is the alphabetic first 'ABS' which is a rarely used building society - with no pre- validation like the commonly used banks.
It is then harder to resolve as Archie has an application lodged, and there is no Delete application function in EXO, also the Archie Administration Team cant delete it either. So at the moment it sits there.

Should no longer be possible to submit applications that fail validation so badly, however if it does, please contact support to discuss options. (The most likely answer is to ignore it)..
