KI (-2020.3) - RESOLVED - Open Debtor account, go to Transaction tab first then Detail 2 result in statement contact disappears RESOLVED

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2018.3

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.


Some navigation sequences in Debtors account screen cause the Statement Contact to disappear. Open a Debtor account > click on Transaction Tab then click on Detail 2 Tab.

This navigation pattern causes the Statement Contact to disappear from the Statement Contact Drop down box though the contact is available in the drop-down box.


Click on Detail 2 tab first then Transaction tab.
