KI (2015.4-2016.1) - BankFeeds error - 401 unauthorised access
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business versions 2015.4 onwards.
Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.
As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.
Issue
Support have confirmed that when users log into Exo Business and attempt to access their Bank Feeds they may receive an "error 401 - Unauthorized to access this bank feed" message. This is caused by the user entering the incorrect username and password for the my.myob account that has been set up for BankFeeds.
Workaround
Users are able to reset the Username/Password that has been entered for Bank Feeds in the Bank Feeds File menu.
Resolution
Resolved in 2016.1 release, however if this symptom recurs, use the workaround above to reset Username/Password entry.
