A new Export to XLS Report button has been added to most reporting windows
Clicking this button exports the entire report, including formatting, to an XLS spreadsheet, which opens in Excel automatically.
When using Excel 2010, the report will open in Protected View mode. To prevent this from happening, open the Trust Center in Excel and add the EXO Business temporary directory as a Trusted Location. The temporary directory is specified by the Directory location for temporary files Computer-level profile setting.
To print to file

Click on Print icon

Tick Print to File

Use dropdown to choose XLS Report File

Confirm or change the destination folder your report will save to

Click OK
Do not choose XLS Data File this is only used for a flat view of the report.
