Bank feeds - error when applying for credit card feed
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business.
Issue
Support has confirmed that a user may receive an error message if you enter the whole credit card number - Archie will reject it with the message saying that EXO is not eligible for bank feeds.
It isn't clear enough that when applying for a credit card feed, you only need to type in the last 4 digits of the credit card not the entire number.
What the error message really means is the credit card number is invalid because more than just the 4 digits required was entered.
Workaround
Just enter in the last 4 digits of the credit card number
Resolution
Progressed to Product Development to ensure that the box limits the input and tells the user not to enter the whole credit card number.
