OnTheGo: Time difference causing connections issues

Issue

Support has confirmed that in OnTheGo if there is a difference between the time on the mobile device (iPad or iPhone) and the time on the server the database is installed of greater than 3 minutes users will not be able to connect.

They will receive a 'Failed' message on the device and the error logs from the Exo Business Services install folder will show "ERROR: Request has expired".

Resolution

The resolution for this issue is to correct the time difference between the device and the server to be less than 60 seconds.

This will allow the mobile device to authenticate with the server and the app will connect to the database.
