DCE Error (Either Side) - Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed

This error indicates that the MSOLEDB driver required for connecting to the SQL Server is not installed on the DCE server.

Resolving the error:

On the DCE Server you need to install the MSOLEDB driver for SQL Server. You can find this direct from Microsoft.
