DCE Error (Client Side) - Windows Socket Error: A connection attempt failed...

This error indicates that the Client computer could establish a bad connection to the Server, and was unable to establish a proper connection because it didn't receive responses back.

The error message is:

Windows Socket Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond (10060), on API 'connect'

Resolving the error:

If receiving this error, try disabling firewalls.  It is very likely that the Windows Firewall is blocking the connection either at the Server or the Client end. (In the case we recorded this from, client end was failing due to firewall)
