You can customise the Menu Favourites sidebar by making changes to the Menu_Metrics table, which is populated by the stored procedure UPDATE_MENU_METRICS.

Update the values in the PINNING column to hide or pin menu items:

N: Normal

P: Pinned

H: Hidden.

To access hidden items, right-click the menu and select Show hidden items.

To hide the menu favourites sidebar, click the pin icon at the top right.
In versions earlier than 2021.4 it was possible to turn the menu bar off completely.
