Customising the Menu Favourites bar

You can customise the Menu Favourites sidebar by making changes to the Menu_Metrics table, which is populated by the stored procedure UPDATE_MENU_METRICS.

• Customise the menu bar in the UPDATE_MENU_METRICS procedure.
• Update the values in the PINNING column to hide or pin menu items:
  • N: Normal
  • P: Pinned
  • H: Hidden.
• To access hidden items, right-click the menu and select Show hidden items.
• To hide the menu favourites sidebar, click the pin icon at the top right.

In versions earlier than 2021.4 it was possible to turn the menu bar off completely.
