Bank Feeds Application Error: "The account number is not valid. Please correct the account number and try again"

The account number is not valid. Please correct the account number and try again.


 

Error received:

Please check that the Bank Account Number has been entered correctly. If it has, the most common cause is:

New Zealand Only - 06 Accounts must be selected as National Bank.

When setting up bank feeds for ANZ accounts that start with 06. This prefix was used by National Bank accounts before it became part of ANZ.

 

To workaround this issue, select National instead of ANZ in the Bank field.
