Business and Personal Services

• Print the summary on - choose from two different report layouts: Window Facing or Z-Fold.

Electronic File

• Preview and Print Magnetic Media Form - select this option to print out a copy of the ATO Magnetic media information form once the Electronic file is generated.

Employment Termination Payment

• Print the summary on - choose from two different report layouts: Window Facing or Z-Fold.

Individual Non-Business

• Print the summary on - choose from two different report layouts: Window Facing or Z-Fold.

Voluntary Payment

None.

As of 1 July 2009, the Voluntary Payment summary is obsolete. This report will not generate any results if the From Date field is 1 July 2009 or later.
