File Reindex

Selecting File Reindex from the Utilities menu starts a repair utility, which can be useful for checking the integrity of your data files in the event of a forced shutdown of the program, e.g. power outage. If Exo Employer Services successfully performs a re-index of files, this is a good indication that your data files are intact.

A backup must be performed before the reindex operation can run. Once the backup is complete, your data files are reindexed. A confirmation message appears once the operation is complete.
