Why aren't costs displaying for a staff member?

There are a variety of settings related to this, but the most common one is that costings are set up to be hidden for this employee. To check this:

  1. On your dashboard, click Management > Employees.
  2. You will be redirected to the Employee Profile page. Select an employee and click the edit (pencil) icon.
  3. Go to the Settings tab and click the Edit button.
  4. Make sure that the Display costing option is set to Yes if you want to display costs for this employee. If it is not, click Edit, change the option to Yes, then click the Update Employee button.
