Why am I unable to log in to the mobile app?

If you are unable to log into the MYOB Advanced Team app, but were previously able to, follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of the app. The best way to do this is to check your pending updates and install the new version if one is available.
  • Ensure you are using the correct login information. Have you forgotten your password or are not sure whether you've changed it? You can reset your password from the login page - see How do I reset my password? for details.
