Setting up shift confirmation requests
Sending shift confirmation requests to your employees lets you know in advance whether your employees can work their shifts, so you know more quickly when you need cover. Confirmation can be requested for every published shift, or on a case-by-case basis.
When employees receive a request, they can accept or decline the shift so that their managers can make quicker decisions to swap, unpublish, reassign or republish the shifts.
