If the External Mapping list in Pay Types for WFM is empty:
This generally means that Synchronisation between WFM and Advanced Payroll is not configured correctly.
If you are seeing this issue:

Check that the correct version of the Work Force Management customisation is applied to your Advanced Payroll instance.
