Fixes in this release

5.8 - Android users - attachments for leave & expense requests are back.

An issue had prevented the image picker from displaying as an option when adding leave or expense request attachments when using an Android device. This has been resolved.

5.8.1 - Shifts would not publish from the mobile app.

An issue was preventing users from publishing shifts using the mobile app. This has been resolved.

5.8.2 - (Android only) - App would not open - profile never finishes loading

An issue was preventing some Android users from logging into the mobile app correctly.

If you are experiencing this issue, make sure you are on the latest release (5.8.2) by updating the app from the app store.

Upgrade to version 5.8.2 of the app from the app store.

If upgrading the mobile app to version 5.8.2 doesn’t help, clear the app cache from settings.

Clear your app's cache -

  1. go to Settings on the phone

  2. Go to Apps.

  3. Open the MYOB Advanced Team app

  4. Scroll down to until you see "Storage".

  5. When you click on Storage, select both "Clear data" and "Clear Cache" at the bottom of the screen.
