MYOB Acumatica — Workforce Management 25.2, March 2025

MYOB Acumatica 25.2 adds more flexibility to our time clock web app and fixes a number of issues.

We’re aware of an issue with 25.2 with non-resident employees in Australia. In some cases you can access and update fields only relevant to Australian residents.

We’re working to fix this problem as soon as possible.

To workaround the problem, update the Is an Australian resident for Tax purposes field to Yes and then back to No.

What's new?

Change locations mid-shift with the timeclock

To make it easier to move between locations during a shift, we’ve added a Transfer location option to the timeclock.

Previously, employees would have to clock out of their shift at the first location, then clock in to a new shift at the second, which could cause shift duration rounding issues. Rounding is not applied to location transfers.

This change only applies to our current web timeclock application, the feature isn’t available in the legacy web or mobile apps.

Other changes

• To make it easier to see what you need to fill out, questions about medicare levy are now hidden when you select No for Are you an Australian resident for tax purposes?

• To make importing and exporting more useful, we’ve added an ID field to most tables. These can be viewed in exports or by using the Select visible columns option.

• Users who haven’t completed their registrations can now accept shift request emails. This is useful for adding ad-hoc employees in a limited set of employment circumstances (e.g. medical locums).
