How do I set an employee to be rosterable or unrosterable?

To set the employee to rosterable or unrosterable you must have Payroll Reporting permission. If you don't have this permission, email your request to a Manager who does.

If you do have Payroll Reporting permission, you can set someone to rosterable or unrosterable by going to the settings in their Employee Profile.

  1. On your dashboard, click Management > Employees.
  2. You will be redirected to the Employee Profile page. Select an employee and click the edit (pencil) icon.
  3. Go to the Settings tab and click the Edit button.

    • To set an employee to rosterable (make the employee to appear in the roster), change the Display on roster? option to Yes, then click the Update Employee button. The employee should then appear in the roster and be able to be rostered and will appear in the Rosterable employee list.
    • To set an employee to unrosterable (make an employee unrosterable or stop an employee from being added to the roster, change the Display on roster? option to No, then click the Update Employee button. The employee will then be removed from the Rosterable employee list. (You can see their name when you un-tick the Rosterable option.)

This will not affect already published shifts.
