How do I make my shift available for other employees?

As an employee you can make your shifts available for other employees by logging into Employee Self Service via a web browser and following these steps.

  1. Click the Schedule tab.
  2. This tab shows a list of shifts assigned to you for the selected week. 

  3. Click on the published shift you want to make available. Click OK on the confirmation messages.
  4. The shift will now be available for other employees but will remain in roster until someone takes it.

This shift will be your responsibility until another staff member takes it.
