How do I add unavailability for my employees?

As long as you have unavailability requests enabled, you can follow these steps:

  1. Select Leave from the dashboard.
  2. On the top right of the screen click the + button to open the Leave Request window.
  3. You can then select details such as the employee, location, status (approved, pending etc.), the date, time and recurrence. For Casual staff, the Type dropdown contains only an "Unavailable" option.
  4. Click Save after you have entered all information.

You cannot edit unavailability requests with the status "Approved".
