"Service error: Service could not fulfill the request" message when using Advanced on the Go app

The "Service error: Service could not fulfil the request" error when logging in to MYOB Advanced OnTheGo is usually caused by  not including "https://" in the URL.

To fix it, enter "https://" at the start of the URL.
