Error: "There was a problem in units conversion calculation for..." (AU and NZ)

This error can occur for any pay item. This example is for Annual leave.

To resolve this error, if the company is using MYOB Advanced Workforce Management:

  1. Go to the Employee Work Schedule Import.

  2. Make sure the dates are for the pay period you are paying the employee for.

  3. Click Import All Work Schedules.
