Error: "CA Error 86: Account with Ext Ref Number is not found in the system" when importing an OFX statement

This error can occur when importing an OFX statement, if the External Ref. Number entered on the cash account in MYOB Advanced is incorrect.

Fix this by going to Finance > Cash Management > Work Area > Manage > Cash Accounts, selecting the correct cash account, and updating the External Ref.  Number.
