When an employee receives a payment for their entitled leave instead of taking time off work, this is called cashing up or cashing out.
You can use MYOB Advanced Payroll to cash up/cash out employees' leave, but employees can’t request to cash up/cash out leave through Employee Self Service or Workforce Management.
