In order to build relationships with both the direct and channel sales teams, it’s highly recommended to become a Developer Partner or Premium Developer Partner (Details).
Do we offer ISVs technical support within the Developer Program?
Yes. In order to understand how to build your integration and to receive access to the “Enterprise Support Portal” for raising support tickets if required, your developer/s need to complete the "Acumatica Integration Developer Certification" course at MYOB Academy. How do I connect to my customer’s MYOB Acumatica account via API?
Once the ISV has completed the Web Services course and installed the MYOB Acumatica sandbox account, it’s imperative to speak to the partner who is has implemented the ERP to understand the workflow configuration of the customer. To go live, you will need for your customer to purchase an API Licence and assign the login to your organisation.
