Ace payroll lets you customise the information that you show on your payslips. You can show or hide employees' IRD numbers on their payslips by changing the Payslip Setup options.
To show IRD numbers on payslips

From the front screen click Produce Payslips, then click Setup.

Scroll down to the last section of the Payslip Setup options.

Click
Show Employee IRD Number. A green tick appears.

Click
OK.
IRD numbers are now shown on all payslips.
